Welcome, and thank you for visiting our page. Rizzing Starrz Family Child Care is a small home-based facility that offers full and part-time care for infant, toddlers and preschooler’s. We are licensed and credentialed by the Maryland State Department of Education as well as a participant in the Maryland Excels program for the state of Maryland. At our center we promote the development of the child as the individuals they are with unique personalities and characteristics. We encourage independence, creative expression and self-discipline.

We work to provide a safe and friendly teaching atmosphere that helps to develop independence and a strong sense of responsibility. One of our main goals is to ensure that each child Practices Responsibility In their Daily Experience (PRIDE).
